Hi! Thanks for clicking on my profile. Here's a bit about me:

My name is Brittany (she/her) and I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2017 with a B.S. in Environmental Studies. I have been a professional academic advisor for the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources for 3 years, and an Ecologist before then. I have gained a wealth of knowledge through my own personal health & wellness journey in my adult life, ranging from navigating an unknown food allergy to going med-free, to realizing that I was living in a constant state of high stress and anxiety. Over the years, I have adapted and adopted various techniques and approaches to my wellness that have completely changed every aspect of my life.

That change inspired me and brought me to health and wellness coaching. I am passionate about partnering with others to make positive change in their lives, to work with them in realizing their goals and feeling their best. I have a certificate in health & wellness coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and will complete a second program in April of 2024. I am in progress towards becoming a national board certified health & wellness coach, to be solidified in Summer 2024.
