About Elias Adler

My name is Elias Adler and I am a student at the University of Vermont studying Exercise Science. I will be graduating this May! I am passionate and curious about the world of integrative health, specifically as it pertains to cooperate settings and larger organizations. I aspire to work in the fitness industry as a marketer and wellness practitioner. Through my past and current training, the idea of integrative health as a constantly evolving self-concept is consistently re-enforced. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help you discover your "optimal" health. Please reach out for in-person or remote sessions, free of charge, as I prepare for the board exam!
