About Yujing Sun

Dr. Sunny, Yujing Sun is a cancer researcher working as Assistant Professor in the department of Surgery, College of Medicine, University of Vermont. She graduated from medical school in China, where she earned her Ph.D in Cancer Pathology and Physiology. She has many years research experience in Cancer Immunotherapy. Meanwhile, she is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained at Center of Mindfulness, UMSS Medical School, and a Registered 200 hours Yoga Teacher (RYT200) trained in UVM. Since 2014, she has worked as a teacher assistant for Mindfulness Tool program taught by Roz Grossman in University of Vermont Medical Center, and has taught various Mindfulness based workshops and sessions in Burlington area.
