I am a Senior Exercise Science major at UVM looking to sit for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches exam this Winter to become a certified health coach. I am passionate about helping others to take the steps to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. This can mean a lot of different things as it is individual depending on the person and their situation. I am excited to help my clients find what being healthy means to them and then help them get there.
