I am a Physician Assistant and Duke Certified Integrative Health Coach. I teach and mentor health coaching students at both Duke Integrative Medicine and the University of Vermont as well as seeing clients in my own private practice. I have previously partnered with Mountain View Natural Medicine and the national firm AbleTo with my health coaching, and have offered individual coaching, group mindfulness courses and retreats, as well as corporate educational workshops. I am the co-founder of Richmond Community Kitchen in Richmond, VT, offering locally-sourced prepared meals, cooking classes, and event space rental. I live off-grid with my husband and two boys and enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
