About Sophie Cassel

Sophie (she/her) is a community and clinical herbalist focused on weaving webs between people and plants to foster long-term healing relationships. She has a special focus in supporting folks with digestive issues, circadian rhythm dysregulation, pelvic floor and bladder concerns, and manifestations of anxiety. She is a graduate of the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism (2017-2019). Sophie sees clients virtually and in her Richmond and Burlington offices, and teaches in-person workshops and plant walks.
