About Sophia Mellen

Sophia is a UVM graduate from the Exercise Science program, she minored in Human Behavioral Change, and had a concentration in Health and Wellness Coaching. Throughout her time at UVM, she was very active at Patrick gym, where she was a group fitness instructor, and a fitness operations manager. She was also a TA and peer mentor.
She currently is in Graduate School at Merrimack College, studying Exercise and Sport Science.

-Enjoys cooking, hiking, being outdoors and petting every dog possible.
