About Sharon Gutwin

Sharon is a 1979 graduate of UVM’s with a BS degree in physical therapy. She is known as a “disruptive innovator” and launched a unique business called the RehabGYM which is a hybrid of a PT clinic and a gym. The company has achieved remarkable growth and now operates three locations around Chittenden county. Sharon garnered 2008 Vermont Small Business Person of the Year Award, 5x5x5 Growth Award in 2011 and is recognized nationally for her leadership role in health care reform.
The RehabGYM is founded on the fundamental principle of caring for the whole person and empowering the individual to take ownership of their health and well being. The RehabGYM facilities are beautiful, clean and equipped with a wide assortment of tools to aid both in physical rehab and in fitness. The employees share in the passion of health and fitness and are readily available to all guests.
