Sephirah Stacey Oshkello is a holistic nutritionist, registered dietitian and certified health coach. She supports and guides motivated people to heal from chronic inflammation, emotional eating, metabolic syndrome and blood sugar imbalance. By integrating proven dietary shifts, meaningful connection, and adequate self care, together we open the door to more energy, satisfaction, and replenishment that awakens possibility and purpose in life.

Sephirah is passionate about supporting people to find a diet that allows them to feel they’re best. She continues to be amazed at the power of lifestyle changes to affect overall wellness and the ability for the body to heal from many different conditions. Sephirah listens to the needs and concerns of her patients with awareness that the food you choose has a lot to do with emotional patterns and personal needs. She coaches individuals and groups toward being nourished in body, mind, heart and spirit.

Sephirah has a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She has trained as an Intrinsic Coach, Power Coach and a First Line Therapy Health Coach. Intrinsic and Power Coaches help individuals make lifestyle changes that are important for them. First Line Therapy is a therapeutic lifestyle program for weight loss and supports the healing of chronic disease patterns.

Sephirah is nourished by hot baths, walking in the woods, and growing & cooking fresh organic food. She lives in an intergenerational community she started in Vermont, where she enjoys meaningful connections.
