About Sean Fitzgerald
Sean holds bachelors degrees in Health Science and Biology, a Masters degree of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from EIM Institute for Health Professions. Sean is currently 1 of only 150 Postural Restoration Certified therapists in the country. Sean is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association in the Sports PT and Private Practice sections as well as The Performing Arts Special Interest Group (PASIG) and the EIM PT Executives Masterminds group. Sean is also a proud member of the Performing Arts Medical Association (PAMA) and provides services for the St. Michael's Playhouse and numerous local performing artist. In addition to athletes and musicians, Sean enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities.
Sean grew up in Jericho VT and is happy to be able to return to that community, providing clinical service in his childhood home town as well as in Essex Junction where he resides with his wife and 2 children, and now in Colchester.
