About Riley Maher

Hello! My name is Riley Maher, and I am a health coaching trainee at UVM. I have completed the integrative health program here at UVM and am offering (free!) coaching in preparation for the National Board Exam. I am a senior psychology student minoring in integrative health & wellness coaching, behavior change health studies, and sexuality & gender identity studies. Outside of class, I play cello in my school's orchestra and enjoy being out in nature doing photography.

I am particularly interested in issues related to sleep and rest, chronic health conditions, stress management, and behavior change related to movement and nutrition. I am enthusiastic, supportive, and eager to learn more from my clients and mentors as I continue to gain experience.
