i can coach anyone! however, if you are particularly interested in how mindfulness and yoga can support your wellbeing, i'm your girl! I have a vast network of practitioners to lean on and refer you to for a variety of integrative health services to supplement our coaching work together.

i also have an embodied experience with multiple chronic illnesses (such as ehler's danlos syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, lyme disease, and mast cell activation syndrome) that allows me to support clients who have one or multiple chronic conditions in finding a way to move through life that works for them.
