Rachel Elion Baird has been a holistic health practitioner for 33 years. She is a Hypnotherapist and Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner and Instructor. Her somatic approach helps increase awareness of the patterns and communication through the body/mind pathways, allowing the brain and nervous system to retrain and release limiting patterns that cause pain and restriction.
