About Quinn Caya

Mr. Caya’s core focus is promoting vitality and optimal living in the lives of his patients. He specializes in natural pain solutions (low back and knee pain especially), athletic performance and recovery, immune function challenges (allergies). Additional clinical interests: stress, anxiety, depression and men’s health. His clinical approach is informed by natural living traditions and direct experience in mind-body practices as pathways of true healing and personal growth.

Since childhood, Caya felt compelled to ease suffering in the lives of others which lead him into the healing professions. As a child, he lived in a community devoted to meditation, yoga and natural living. Caya has been studying and practicing natural medicine, meditation and movement arts for most of his life. He developed an interest in the therapeutic significance of food and herbs, began practicing and eventually teaching martial arts, qigong and yoga. In 2004, he co-founded a center for acupuncture, yoga and martial arts. He pursued degrees in somatic neural-fascial and bio-mechanical therapeutics, acupuncture and East Asian medicine. Caya has lead courses and seminars in universities, public schools, yoga and wellness centers, and has clinical experience in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Visiting China to witness acupuncture and herbal medicine care in the hospital setting was particularly inspiring to his professional practice.

In the clinic, Caya utilizes acupuncture and East Asian medicine strategies, lifestyle optimization, key herbs and supplements, manual therapy and posture, breath & movement re-education.

Caya also has years of experience working in the building trades, and he loves skiing and snowboarding, hunting, fishing and is a lifelong outdoorsman.
