About Payton Silar

Hello, my name is Payton Silar and I am a senior at the University of Vermont majoring in Health Sciences and double minoring in Nutrition/Food Sciences and Health & Wellness Coaching. I am also on the UVM Track and Field team along with an executive board member on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. I am looking forward to graduating in May and joining the real world, where I anticipate practicing phlebotomy and health & wellness coaching before attending PA School.
I am super excited to be participating and researching Health & Wellness coaching in individuals with learning and/or intellectual disabilities during this upcoming semester.
I am passionate in helping others in any way I can, and look forward to using health and wellness coaching as an outlet to do so!
