Parm received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2012. After which she completed a post-graduate residency program at Boston University with clinical work at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital. In 2014 Parm attained certification as Neurologic Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
