About Noel Woolf

My name is Noel Woolf and I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2015 with my bachelors in Physical Education. I have been teaching middle and high school P.E. for 5 years. Throughout my own health and wellness journey, I found the importance of creating life changing habits to help become a happier and healthier person. Through this process I wanted to do what I could to help others create and form life changing habits. I am in my final semester in the Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching program through UVM and I will be sitting for the board certified exam in May 2022.
