About Nina Shedd

First and foremost, welcome! I am so excited that you have began searching for health coach to work with. Why am I so excited for you? Because I have been in your shoes and had no idea how life changing it would be.

I began my journey to behavior change when I was 34. I was a mom of two boys, ages 3 and 5. I was working full time, my husband was working 50-60 hours a week and home only when the boys were sleeping. I wasn’t taking care of myself, and I was desperate for something to help. Not only did I find my way to figuring out how to balance my busy schedule while adding time for myself, my journey led me here.

Now I want to help others discover their path to wellness.

Nationally board certified through the NBHWC.
