Nicole is a undergraduate senior at the University of Vermont studying Exercise Science, as well as pursuing a certificate in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. She is passionate about whole body health, combining physical and mental health, and using her knowledge from both fields of study to help people strive towards their goals. Along with fitness and health, Nicole is also very passionate about spending time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors.
