About Nick Cavanaugh

Modern lifestyles are taking a toll on our mental and physical health. I offer people a connection to local, natural medicine with expert guidance in a judgment free zone so that you can be your best self, reach goals and be more present with those you love.

I completed my clinical training in 2016 and have been practicing at Railyard Apothecary in Burlington since then. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to help people to feel better by connecting with the healing power of the natural world.

3-year Clinical Herbalist training program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism
6-month Community Herbalism Intensive at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine

I work with
- Young adults who are seeking ways to manage stress and lessen anxiety or depression
- Those experiencing digestive difficulties who want to find relief and enjoy their meals
- Men who are looking for natural ways to support reproductive health
- People of all neurological diversities, including those diagnosed with disabilities

Herbal consultations typically look like an initial 90 minute consultation followed by monthly 45 minute follow-ups. I'll recommend a customized herbal tea, tincture or powder blend in addition to comprehensive diet and lifestyle recommendations. Consultations take place in-person or remotely.
