Hello! My name is Michelle Machesky. I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach trainee. I plan on taking the National Board for Health and Wellness certification exam in July 2024. I'm currently in the process of obtaining the necessary practice sessions in order to sit for this exam. I have a Masters degree in Medical Science and I have worked as a Physician Assistant for many years. I have a strong interest in preventative health and I feel that health coaching can be one facet of this.
