About Michelin Carroll

Michelin graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She was a Certified Athletic Trainer for 30 years and has worked at both the collegiate and high school levels. She has more than 20 years of out-patient orthopedic experience as a physical therapist. Michelin's treatment philosophies are based upon extensive continuing education and involve various manual and therapeutic exercise approaches, strength and exercise training and a strong influence from the Postural Restoration Institute. As a former collegiate soccer player with over 25 years coaching experience, Michelin has extensive experience in athletic performance and performance based biomechanics. Michelin has earned the distinction of being a PRC therapist from the Postural Restoration Institute. Michelin has a special interest in developing exercise programs that incorporate the science of Postural Restoration thus empowering individuals to improve their physical well-being and prevent injury. Michelin enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities.
Michelin's interests include hiking, running, skiing, soccer, golf, and equestrian activities.
