About Meriel Mischler

Hello! I am a senior undergraduate nursing student at The University of Vermont completing a certificate in integrative health and wellness coaching. I am really interested in health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and finding ways to make healthy behaviors accessible. I love to spend time at the waterfront, cook, and I have a passion for nutrition and exercise.

For me, the best part of health coaching is that the client leads the way. I will be a partner as you identify challenges, define goals, and develop steps for lasting change. Health coaching is not a place where there is only one way forward; we will work together to discover what feels right at every turn. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
