About Martha Lance

My career in education as professor and student support services staff spans several decades. I currently serve as Associate Director for Wellness and Wellbeing in the Patrick Leahy Honors College at the University of Vermont and operate within a holistic vision of serving students. My life experience includes working as a professional archaeologist and teaching anthropology. I deeply believe in the human potential to continuously evolve and grow. A lifelong quest for a deeper understanding of the human condition and my own pursuit of personal cultural humility motivates me. Health coaching is a potent support for individuals in their personal quest to live safe, healthy, and happy lives.

I am particularly interested in serving seniors, college students, and underserved populations in rural Vermont.
