Hi! Thank you for reviewing my profile. I work as a physical therapist and I have been at the University of Vermont Medical Center for over 36 years. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching Yoga for Beginners classes through Zoom to help others make positive changes in their well-being. I am excited to add Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching to my experience as I complete the certification program at the University of Vermont. I am passionate about health and wellness and look forward to helping people who are trying to get their health back on track and people who already have chronic conditions who are trying to improve the quality of their lives. I am looking forward to supporting people in positive behavior change, which will help them get on a path to improve their lives.
