My name is Maria, I am a senior in the exercise science program at UVM with a concentration in health and wellness coaching. I grew up on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and have always loved being at the beach and by the ocean which explains how I got into swimming as I am also a member of the UVM women's swim team. I am excited to continue in my health coaching journey and help others reach their health and wellness goals!
