About Maria Carvalho Sandoval
I am a healing practitioner, teacher, ceremonialist & multi-disciplinary artist. I began as a maker of sculptures & later jewelry with crystals. This lead me into the world of healing over 15 years ago. I opened my private practice, called Fire Bird Healing, in 2016 - first offering Reiki with crystals then Lomi Massage & continued building my skill-set from there. I am now in year 10 of my practice & treat clients in my office in South Burlington. I teach Reiki, Breathwork & healing workshops at different yoga studios around Burlington. I lead somatic art/healing classes at the Davis Studio. I also guide people through rites of passage with ritual, such as for coming of age/first moon. I continue to make & sell custom jewelry with healing crystals. I take trainings & continuing education classes as often as I am able to.

I craft sessions for people that are unique & ceremonial, collaborating with their guides to create a space that is safe, clear & loving. I offer Hawaiian Lomi Massage, joint rotations, Pre/PostNatal Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Breathwork, Sound Healing, & guided meditations. I make my own herbal infused body oils with herbs from my garden. I offer a special price for BIPOC & Trans/GNC Folks because I want to support you amidst the oppressive systems of our world. I also offer a sliding scale for those in financial need. I strive to be accessible & inclusive to all who wish to work with me. My healing practice is queer friendly, trauma informed & heart centered.
