I am a local Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Practitioner & Reiki Healer. I have been working with clients for 5 years & take trainings every year to help expand my skills. My practice is trauma informed, queer friendly & heart centered. I am a mother and medicine womxn & Earth protector. I am on a healing journey within myself, here to support others on their path of unfolding.

I am a Vermont registered massage therapist. I have trained extensively in Hawaiian Lomi Massage with The School of Shamanic Bodywork- which includes healing practices, joint rotations, Prenatal massage, Breathwork & more. I am a Reiki Master/3rd degree. I am a CranioSacral practitioner trained through the Upledger Institute.

I offer Hawaiian Lomi Massage, joint rotations, Prenatal massage, CranioSacral therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Breathwork, Sound Healing & guided meditations. I make my own herbal infused body oils with herbs from my garden including CBD. I offer a special price for BIPOC & Trans/GNC folx because I want to support you amidst the oppressive systems of our world. I also offer a sliding scale for those in financial need. I strive to be accessible & inclusive to all who wish to work with me.
