About Marcheta Claus

Marcheta has a multi-faceted background of 25+ years in the graphic arts industry
(after attending am area community college). She then moved through the ranks
of a corporate reality, eventually becoming the production manager/unit buyer of a 1.2-milliondollar
turnkey media educational set for a Christian Publishing House.
Her abilities as a communicator/teacher also include (while
employed at an area non-profit, as their volunteer and resource coordinator)
creating and teaching an orientation curriculum that aided volunteers in the proper guidelines for
assisting newly arrived UNHCR refugees with understanding and assimilating into American
culture.
Marcheta has spent her lifetime observing the world through the lens of an artist’s eye, whether
it be a sunset, her design for Iroquois Steeplechase printed wearables, or a surrealist painting,
which is soon to hang in the office of a community college professor.
She embraces the ultimate contradiction of being an organized creative, living outside the
box, while happily jumping in and out of it with abandon as a trusted volunteer, in whatever she
finds fulfilling and meaningful within her vibrant, vagabond soul.
Embracing being a Death Doula, is the natural outcome in a life well lived.
