About Maia Kiley

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I am an engaged therapist, offering clear tools and guidance when wanted.

I work well with those looking for a fresh, holistic approach to the therapy space. I blend effective therapy techniques with life coaching guidance. This balances our work between addressing challenges, distress, and trauma with how you want to move forward in your life.

To address root issues and trauma, I take a gentle approach. Together we will slowly and respectfully attend to wounded parts. By building a trusting relationship with your adult, healthy self now, these wounded parts can be cared for and integrated into your whole being. In addition to a psychodynamic approach, I use Internal Family Systems techniques to bring harmony to your internal system.

I encourage my clients to know what they want, to live in alignment with themselves and Nature, and to claim their authentic power. My work is efficient, direct, and collaborative.

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Trained in depth psychology, I use dream work, metaphor, and archetypes to inform our sessions.

Passionate about the power of nature, I was certified in Ecotherapy (nature based healing) in 2015.
