Hello! My name is Lyn Wolk. I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach trainee. I will be taking the National Board for Health and Wellness certification exam in July 2024. I'm currently in the process of obtaining the necessary practice sessions in order to sit for this exam. I have a Masters degree in Mediation & Conflict. My work experience includes working in workplace organizations as a Mediator and Human Resources Director, as well as, working with individuals and families as as a mental health Wellness Coach. I have a strong interest in how all areas of our health impact each other, including mental, physical, spiritual, financial and more. I believe health coaching can benefit your individual goals to bring a positive overall effect. I look forward to working with you in a partnership where you can develop health and wellness goals.
