Throughout 60+ years in this earthly body, I have received valuable teachings about human vitality and suffering. I feel honored to share my discoveries and gifts with you and all who are interested in improving their lives, health and well-being.

In 1996, I discovered the magic of Reiki and Yoga. When I connected with these life-changing gems, my heart opened (among other things) and I became more spacious and loving. Fast forward twenty-five years…Reiki and Yoga continue to warm my heart, create spaciousness in my body, and inspire new growth to be a better human being.

In 2013, midst a transformative life coach training in Costa Rica, I was called to learn hypnosis. In 2016, I became certified in Hypnosis. When I added hypnotherapy to my coaching service, my ability to help others create life changes flourished.

The positive transformational effects I witness when I practice both Reiki and Hypnosis encourage and fascinate me. Our creative and wise subconscious and superconscious connections are so powerful and I love working in this field and serving in this way!
