About Lauren Haughey
Lauren Haughey, RD, CD, CEDS-C am an eating disorder and non-diet Registered Dietitian. I help clients develop a relationship with food and their body that is more flexible and peaceful. My hope is to help you feel nourished from food, so you have time and energy to live a full life. I also enjoy working from a weight-inclusive, integrative, and functional nutrition approach to support digestive health, specific conditions, and overall wellbeing.
