I have had a passion for Health and Wellness for as long as I can remember. Mid-life, I embarked on a new journey combining two modalities. I am coaching people through all phases of life including end-of-life education, support and care, as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach (Trainee) and an End-of-Life Doula for both Humans and Companion Animals.

Having had my own life’s mystery illnesses, allergies, sensitivities, misdiagnosed etc. and thus anxieties around that. I have been on a roller coaster of a healing journey for several years and have learned how to overcome the fears, the anxieties and the challenges associated with those illnesses. I am on a path to greater wellness physically, mentally and emotionally! Truly, I feel grateful to be here, and thanks to my own coach, and the processes, I am confident in helping others to navigate their personal journey.

Coaching is an amazing tool/resource for people. Truly, we walk with you on your journey. It is a partnership. I hold space for you and meet you where you are, there is no judgement and no advice, the answers come from within you. I would be honored to take this journey, to see you set and reach your goals and make sustainable life changes in one or many areas of your life.

Personally, I love gardening, perennials and organic vegetables, and to cook. Reading has been a long time hobby that I stopped doing for lack of time, but now, with my new work/life balance, I am reading again! My new passion is bike riding on a “Lectric Trike.” I love and raised golden retrievers for many years, and hope to have one as an “employee” Comfort/Good Citizen Dog in my office one day soon.
