About Kendra Schinder

I have been working in the corporate world for 10+ years. My greatest achievement is helping individuals navigate their career path with empathy. Often I would see individuals stretch themselves -- depleting their physical, emotional and mental state of well being. Myself included. The pandemic magnified these concerns validating the need for increased awareness and a better support system. I enrolled in the UVM Integrated Health and Wellness Coaching program to learn about holistic health and behavior change to enhance my professional and personal interactions. I'm currently practicing as a health and wellness coach trainee prepping for the National Board certification in Spring 2023.
