About Julie Clayton

Julie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworker, a Certified Personal Trainer throught the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist and Decongestive Therapist trained in the Vodder technique. Julie has been practicing Physical Therapy in Chittenden County since 1998. Julie is a founding owner/member of PT360, Vermont's first employee owned Physical Therapy clinic. Her specialties include sports medicine, general orthopaedics, aquatic therapy, myofascial release, manual lymph drainage for orthopaedic rehabilitation, cancer survivorship rehabilitation and for Lyme's Disease support/treatment. A variety of PT360 treatments include pre and post surgical rehab, ergonomic assessments, postural restoration, custom orthotic fabrication, myofascial release, athletic training and pre and post natal services. PT360 also offers a variety of special programs including Walking Tall for preoperative joint replacement care, a Concussion Rehab program and the only and most comprehensive Lyme Disease Rehabilitation protocol in the state of Vermont. This protocol includes reconditioning with strength training and stretching, manual lymph drainage, myofascial release, aquatic therapy, BIOMAT useage and extensive patient education regarding the disease cycle and self care techniques.
