About Jessica Coleman

Thank you for your interest in health coaching! I currently work as the Integrative Oncology Health & Wellness Coach and Survivor Navigator at UVM Medical Center's Cancer Center, a job I find deeply rewarding. I have experience working with a variety of clients, including college age students, working professionals and parents, retirees and aging adults, and oncology patients in various stages of treatment.

I am interested in hearing individuals' stories and exploring interconnections - especially those involving whole-person health. As your coach, I will listen to what matters to you and support you in your unique process of goal setting and self-directed change. After all - you know yourself best!
