About Jeremy Sibold

Dr. Sibold has over twenty years of professional experience as a board certified Athletic Trainer and Sport & Exercise Psychology Consultant, and is a nationally certified Integrative Health & Wellness Coach. Jeremy is currently a professor and researcher at the University of Vermont, where he teaches and mentor students in Exercise Science, Psychology, and Physical Therapy. His research interests include the relationship(s) between exercise and mental health, and predicting and preventing injury using psychosocial variables. He feels strongly that exercise is an underused treatment in both healthy and clinical populations. Dr. Sibold lives on Lake Champlain with his wife, two sons and two dogs, and is looking forward to growing his private practice in Health and Wellness Coaching in Vermont and beyond!
