About Jacqueline Hayes

Originally drawn to yoga for the physical practice, I became more curious about yoga’s body-mind relationship. I completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the UVM Yoga School with John McConnell. I've worked with local high school and college sports teams and believe that practicing yoga every day – even just for 7 minutes – can increase mobility, reduce stress and keep one feeling young.
