Welcome! Thank you for your interest and viewing my profile. I am Jaclyn -Jackie for short and currently an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach Trainee. Once my practice sessions and National Board exam are completed my goal is to establish a practice as a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Prior to my Health Coaching experience, I had worked in various mental health roles supporting people in maintaining a more satisfying life style. Similar to my aspirations with providing Health Coaching services, I hope to offer a safe space to allow you to discover what matters most in your life and guide you around road blocks to assist you in reaching your optimal health and wellness.
