About Isabel Lippincott

I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care focused on liberation, consent, and compassion. If you've found yourself looking for ADHD and AuDHD support beyond just a list of tools - that actually shifts your relationship to your neurodivergence - you're in the right spot. I help ADHD/AuDHDers explore how to befriend their brain and body, increase self-compassion and self-validation, and create a life that works with your neurotype, not against it. Neurodivergent folx are also more likely to experience chronic pain and chronic illness - common ones I work with are Long COVID, hEDS, POTS, MCAS, Fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain conditions. I specialize in supporting those grappling with chronic health challenges whether it is learning how to advocate with medical providers, where to find the right medical support, processing grief about your body, or learning how to create safety within a painful body. You deserve to feel at home and connected with yourself and I am here to guide you in that process. Other specialty areas include adults, sensory sensitivities, LGBTQIA+ folx, relationship/friendship work, life transitions, and anxiety. Everyone has the inherent capacity to heal and I will walk beside you as you deepen your relationship with yourself, build self-compassion, and develop lasting change. I have a warm and supportive style while also encouraging deeper work and self-inquiry. In our work together, you can expect to connect with your intuitive wisdom, practice embodiment, and find groundedness.
