About Isabel Berman

Hello! My name is Isabel Berman and I am currently a senior at UVM majoring in Neuroscience, and minoring in both Behavioral Health Change, and Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. After graduating from UVM this May, I plan to go to graduate school to become a Speech and Language Pathologist. When I'm not at school, I work as a research assistant with a team studying pediatric mental health and digitable wearable devices. I'm also a member of the UVM Women's Ultimate Frisbee team!

I plan to take the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching certification exam in July, and am gathering practice sessions to help me prepare. You and I will work together in a supportive and judgement-free partnership to discover your optimal vision of health wellness, and to find ways to reach your goals that work best for you.
