My name is Holly Pembroke, I am a dedicated Health and Wellness coach trainee with a passion for promoting holistic well-being. With 26 years of experience as a Periodontal Dental Hygienist, I have always been deeply interested in the connection between oral health and overall wellness. My personal dedication to exercise and nutrition has been a driving force in my life, having completed over 20 marathons and consistently embracing a healthy lifestyle. My wealth of experience and genuine enthusiasm for whole body health make me a valuable resource for anyone seeking to improve their well-being. I am committed to empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals.
