About Heidi Kvasnak

Heidi is a graduate of the University of Vermont, certified professional yoga therapist (C-IAYT) experienced yoga instructor, reiki master and business owner since 2005. She holds expertise not just in experience, but through extensive training and certifications in multiple modalities including therapeutic restorative yoga, reiki, meditation, anatomy, somatic movement, Ayurveda, breath work, philosophy, Yoga Nidra, and subtle bodywork. She works with individuals and groups in person and on-line from her studio in South Burlington, Vermont and at the Charlotte Senior Center.

Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Based on the completion of an extensive intake form, a personalized wellness plan is developed to meet the client's unique health and wellness goals. In session, clients learn to witness and access the wisdom of their body, through the application of specific tools including breath work, yoga poses, yoga philosophy, meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, somatic movement, philosophy, subtle bodywork, aromatherapy and more.
