About Gardner Orton

Gardner Orton is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a Somatic Breath Therapist. A student of Alternative Medicine for over 20 years, Gardner is constantly researching both Eastern and Western philosophies to use his findings and prior experience to help his clients figure out which diet and lifestyle work best for them. Gardner is currently integrating his passion for health and wellness into his private practice, Sacred Mountain Wellness, located in Burlington, VT.

As a Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor, Gardner works with both individuals and groups to create positive, long-term diet and lifestyle changes. Gardner’s practice embodies the philosophy that true health and happiness is only achieved when all areas of one’s life, including diet, spirituality, physical activity, career, social life and relationships, are in balance.
