About fay dwyer

I am a c-IAYT 900 hours yoga therapist. I trained with Phoenix Rising Yoga therapy and also qualified as an e-RYT 200 using this modality. I am a certified cardiac rehab, chair-yoga practitioner; having trained with Dr Mala Cunningham.
I am passionate about health and wellness. Myself, I practice Ashtanga yoga, love to hike and cross-country ski. I enjoy wild swimming. In addition to yoga therapy I teach Nordic walking and cross country skiing part of the year. I am also an enthusiastic but slow left-handed knitter.

I offer individual and couples yoga therapy sessions online. My unique Phoenix Rising style of yoga therapy is designed to create a safe space to explore your physical, mental, and emotional limits. It's an opportunity to connect with your body, gain insights into yourself, and achieve a deeper understanding of the self. As a cardio rehab trained yoga therapist I can also offer safe chair yoga.
