About Faith Huskey

Hi, I’m Faith Huskey, and it’s wonderful to meet you! I am a graduate of the UVM Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching program and am currently gathering 50 sessions in order to qualify for the National Board of Health and Wellness (NBHWC) licensure exam. I am currently offering online-only coaching sessions free of charge until I am licensed.

I have always been passionate about being able to help others grow and achieve their goals- especially in the realm of health and wellness. Health and wellness impacts all parts of our lives and is not just about nutrition and exercise. Health and wellness is also about your relationship with others, the environment around you, your emotional well-being, and a connection with something greater than oneself. It’s also about a feeling of purpose and much more. For me, health and wellness colors all parts of my life. From creating art for expressing emotion, hiking and gardening for exercise and connecting to the environment around me, and doing things I love like reading and traveling to nurture my mental health- I am conscious of how all these parts of my life are a foundation for wellness. Whatever areas that you want to grow in, I can be your guide to help you through this process. With health and wellness coaching, we will be looking at your health and wellness as it is now and envision where you would like to go. Together, we will create goals and action steps to work as a team to reach your destination with support and positivity.
