Evy Smith is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Vermont and New York. She is an EAP counselor at The University of Vermont Medical Center, as well as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (Nationally Certified) having helped hundreds of smokers quit tobacco. Evy's main focus is on helping clients bring greater ease into their lives in domains of work and home life. She has over 25 years of counseling experience and combines natural lifestyle practices for stress and energy management with her clinical psychology training to effect a qualitative counseling experience.
