Hi, thank you for reviewing my profile. I am a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC). As your coach, I will partner with you and meet you where you are. I am passionate about helping people find balance in their lives so they can do more of the things they love. I help nurses deal with burnout, busy professionals balance career, family, and adventure, and individuals working on staying healthy or managing health conditions initiate and maintain lifestyle changes. I am also a holistic Registered Nurse with experience in health promotion and chronic disease management.
