I have been an RN for 25 years. I am passionate about supporting people to live their best lives. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I meet people where they are and, through partnership, facilitate growth and behavioral change. I received my Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching training at The University of Vermont. I am a certified facilitator of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach.
