My name is Erica Durant! I completed my course work through UVM in the area of Integrative Health and Wellness Coach certificate program and have recently passed the national board exam to become a NBC-HWC. My passion for more preventative and holistic care started after the pandemic and looking at how we could change the course of healthcare to a more preventative/wellbeing approach vs. a reactive approach. I am excited to partner with others to help them evoke their “why” for sustainable changes, weaving in a holistic approach to many aspects of life and one's optimal self.
