Hello All!
My name is Erica Durant, I have recently finished the Integrative Health and Wellness Coach certificate program through UVM. My passion for more preventative and holistic care started after the pandemic and looking at how we could change the course of healthcare to a more preventative approach vs. a reactive approach. As I prepare to sit for the National Boards I will need to collect 50 coaching sessions. I am excited to partner with others helping to evoke their “why” for sustainable changes that weave into a holistic approach to many aspects of life and one's optimal self.
