Health, movement, and helping people are my jam. I strongly believe that everyone is capable of positive, lasting change. Sometimes we all just need a little help! As of April 2024, I have completed the nationally approved educational program for health and wellness coaching through UVM, and I am preparing to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching certification exam. To qualify, I must complete 50 coaching sessions.
